Our services operate on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits which can be used on demand across our platforms. Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account.
Credit prices are displayed on our platforms at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (including Stripe and Airwallex). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. All payments are in the currency indicated at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiboxlab Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
